Well, that mangy rodent from Pennsylvania tells us there will be six more weeks of winter. Or rather, his handlers tell us that. Apparently, it was sunny in Punxatawney. It must have been cloudy on Staten Island, because their rodent did NOT see his shadow. Does that mean winter comes earlier to Staten Island than to Pennsylvania? Either way, knowing that winter is half over is easier to take, and it's wonderful seeing the days getting longer. Whoop!!
