Spring is busting out all over! Last week was 40 degrees and monsoon season. This week is in the seventies with sunshine.
Folks are doffing their dark winter coats, and sporting color again, just like the trees around us!. Parts of Rhode Island are still submerged, but all the rain has gotten spring off to a rollicking start!
